Top Secret - garden explorers

Celebrating the playful possibilities of Fallowfield Secret Garden,BA Graphic Design Students at Leeds Beckett University devised and printed an activity pack for local families. The pack included a map of the local area alongside sticker sheets of slugs and spiders and card viewfinders encouraging children to explore the space searching for particular shapes. Additional activities were devised in response to the newly planted medicinal beds, including recipes and identification cards for edible plants and their recommended use in home made herbal teas or simple one pot meals.

Students contributing to the design and print included Sullivan Alenezi, Declan Byrne, Nicholas Cookson, Rebecca Godfrey, Wambui Kahungura, Hadley Jordan, India Oliver, Coral Rodmore. Jamie Smith, Anna Wiercigroch. The project was led by Ashleigh Armitage.
